june.

we've deemed June as self improvement month. this is now the 2nd annual and we're pretty big fans. here is our current, but still growing list for the month:

-eat healthy
-work out; yoga, hike, jog, walk
-stretch
-drink more water
-take vitamins
-be creative; play guitar/diy projects
-explore/travel
-organize closets/de-clutter
-read/write
-go on dates
-look and feel good every day





you should do it too!
